2-Valve Manifolds
Compact block-and-bleed assemblies that isolate a pressure instrument from the process line and vent or drain the trapped pressure — without shutting down the process.
View SpecificationsBETLOCK 2-Valve Manifold
The 2-Valve Manifold is a compact valve assembly used to isolate a pressure gauge, pressure transmitter, or pressure switch from the process line. It consists of two valves, one for process isolation and one for venting or draining, combined into a single body. This design removes the need for separate individual valves and connecting pipework, reducing the number of joints and potential leak points at the instrument connection. The 2-Valve Manifold allows the instrument to be safely isolated from the process and vented to the atmosphere for zero checking, calibration, or removal, without disturbing the process line.
Bhavyam offers all BETLOCK manifolds and valves under the BETLOCK range of products. Design & engineering is done as per global standards to meet challenging process demands.

Frequently asked questions.
What is a 2-Valve Manifold used for?
A 2-Valve Manifold is used to isolate a pressure instrument, such as a gauge, transmitter, or switch, from the process line, and to vent or drain the trapped pressure before the instrument is removed for calibration or maintenance. This avoids depressurizing the entire process line.
What is the difference between a 2-valve and a 3-valve manifold?
A 2-valve manifold is used with single-input instruments like gauges and switches, providing isolation and venting only. A 3-valve manifold is used with differential pressure (DP) transmitters, which have two process connections (high and low pressure), and adds an equalizing valve to safely zero and calibrate the transmitter. A 2-valve manifold does not have this equalizing function.
How does a 2-valve manifold reduce the risk of leaks?
By combining the isolation and vent/drain valves into a single machined body, a 2-valve manifold removes several threaded or flanged joints that would otherwise be needed to connect separate individual valves. Fewer joints means fewer potential leak paths at the instrument connection.
