Flow Metering Solutions

Condensate / Water Flow Meter

The Orifice Plate Water Flow Metering System is a complete, ready-to-install differential pressure (DP) flow measurement package designed for accurate and reliable measurement of water and other clean or lightly contaminated liquids. Operating on the Bernoulli principle, a precision-machined orifice plate installed in the flow line generates a differential pressure proportional to the flow rate, which is transmitted and displayed through a fully engineered impulse piping and instrumentation assembly.

The scope of supply covers the entire measurement loop as a single, coordinated package — from the primary element through to final flow indication. This includes the orifice plate assembly, root valves mounted directly at the tapping points, impulse tubing, tube fittings/connectors, a 3-valve/5-valve manifold for transmitter isolation and calibration, a DP transmitter, and a flow totalizer/indicator for local rate and totalized volume display. Supplying the complete assembly as a pre-engineered package ensures correct component sizing, compatible materials of construction, and proper impulse line routing — reducing site engineering effort, minimizing installation errors, and ensuring the integrity of the DP signal from tap point to readout.

This complete system approach simplifies procurement, installation, and commissioning for EPC contractors and end users, while ensuring consistent measurement accuracy and long-term reliability.
